The University housing is located in the GSFC Township which is 11km for Vadodara which is self-sufficient for day-to-day needs of the residents.
The housing is proposed for the middle income group of GSFC University. The site provide a strong contextual and infrastructural hold on the design, being in a close vicinity with the factory and NH-64.
The ageing township needs restorations and renovations, with the opportunity to design with the existing layout which is coherent with the socio-culture and the natural context was the task at hand.
The proposed layout is works with interconnecting the communal spaces with the household by providing interwoven connectivity with all the clusters and the recreational spaces
