The prospect of retaining the lands which are on the banks of the creek and are unfit for agriculture also providing recreational and interactive spaces within the city which are interwo-ven with the old and new parts of the city.

OBJECTIVE
Developing the banks of Amalakhadi between the two towns “Ankleshwar & Panoli”. Dividing the site into different zones heritage, educational, sports and commercial and recreational. Setting up land margins along the creek for
hydroponic and aqua phonic treatments for the grey water flowing in it.

Insert of green pockets will act as a buffer between the old and new developments Good connectivity to nearby towns and satellite villages Being an industrial town there’s always a good scope for small and big commercial activities City has potential for increasing the footfall at the reservoirs and water bodies in and around the city

City has a variety of social infrastructure but lacks the access or the approach towards them Lack of green spaces in proportion to the built mass of the city Lack of recreational spaces which are public and easily as-sessable The railway divides the town in two parts is a tributary of Narmada River which flows for about ten kilometers before converging with the Narmada.

The seed developed here will be for sale as per the demand, the bio domes will be used to create specificclimatic conditions to match the conditions of the land on which the seed has to be sown Hydroponics is the technique of growing plants without soil, where the roots receive a balanced nutrient solution that contains water and all the nutrients essential to the development of the plant.
Now Amlakhadi is a carrier of grey water taking in that discharged water to grow fruits and vegetables will becomes a benchmark in itself for Ankleshwar. While the human interface with the built will be via sequences of open public spaces such as plazas, amphitheaters and maidans, allowing the local public to understand the various possiablities of water management and to promote a sensitive approach towards nature.
